Samsung Omnia i900 Review
The Samsung Omnia i900 is a super friendly phone. It uses the familiar Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional Operating System, so using it should be a breeze.
With a friendly TouchWiz interface, you won’t get lost with its easy drag and drop interactivity. It has an on-screen QWERTY keyboard so that accessing Powerpoint, Excel and Word documents becomes almost second nature.
In addition, the Omnia i900 has a 5-megapixel camera with face and smile detection features and auto focus, in addition to all the standard features you would expect. When making videos, you can be sure that you are recording only the best, because there is image stabilisation and if you are not happy with the result, you can edit your recording in camera. The video player supports the most common formats, including MP4, WMV, XviD and DivX.
The Samsung Omnia i900 will not let you down and it comes with a second camera for 3G video calling. You can also use multimedia messaging to send those files you have been talking about or use plain text messaging for short communications. Don’t forget that the phone has Instant Messaging, enhanced messaging service and email, too.
The i900 has six kinds of connectivity, 3G HSDPA, Bluetooth with A2DP, USB, GPRS, WLAN Wi-Fi and EDGE, as well as quadband.
