Motorola VE538 Review

The Motorola VE538 is a phone that is a great mobile phone if you just want to keep in touch with friends and family via text and email and have no desire for all the communication extras such as social networking.

The handset is tidy, sleek with rounded edges and with dimension of 107 x 46 x 16mm it’s an extremely light 83 grams.

You will find this phone very user-friendly and it is easy to navigate its menus and functions.

The VE538 comes with a 2-megapixel camera to snap those picture perfect moments, either still or video, in 1600 x 1200 pixels resolution, with a secondary VGA for video calling.  Images are displayed on the 2.0 inch TFT screen, which has 240 x 320 pixels and supports 256k colours.  The images are clear and bright.  You can choose your own screensaver and the device also allows for logo downloading.

1000 of your contacts can be entered into the phone book supporting photo call option, and it displays 20 call records.  The VE538 has 10MB internal memory but there is the capability to add a memory card to increase the memory up to 4GB.  You can also download polyphonic, MP3 and AAC ring tones and you can then be alerted to messages and calls with your favourite ring along with the vibration function.

A built-in hands free feature proves a handy option.

You can text and browse the internet, and share files with compatible devices.
